  Took my silver bracelet and a sapphire ring in for repair and was told they would be ready in a few days. Called in to collect them but was told they needed polishing which would be done while I waited, I was on my way to work so said I would call back after the weekend. Called back as agreed to be told the ring wasn't ready as wrong size sapphire had been sent so I left it another week but still not ready. Asked them to ring me when ready to save making trips to Ashington, waited three weeks but still no joy so called in today and asked for my jewellery back. NEITHER had been fixed so I had been lied to from the start, needless to say I will never set foot in the place again.
